Bridges MinistryBridges is a Compassionate CAre Ministry that focuses on techniques and practical ways to apply spiritual principles as we face both wanted and seemingly unwanted challenges in every aspect of our lives. It is designed to help us sucessfully guide ourselves through the challenge and uncertainty of situations and circumstances by utilizing spiritual case management, mentoring, and coaching skills. Cinema Circle MinistryThe Cinema Circle Ministry presents the medium of cinema to assist people on their journey of self-discovery. Drama Life MinistryPresents and illustrates spiritual principles through liturgical dance and drama performances for Sunday services and special events. Facilities MinistryMaintains church facilities, equipment, and property both internal and external. Host/Hostess MinistryWelcomes and facilitates participation in the Sunday services and other OGOT events. Provide guest information packets about the church. JCI Licensed Teachers & StudentsIndividuals who have been licensed by UFBL to teach JCI Better Living Curriculum (requires certificates in continuing education); mentor and support students/individuals who choose to participate in the JCI Teachers Program. JCI Registration/Teacher Ministry Registers members and visitors from the community for The Johnnie Colemon Institute Better Living Classes; maintain records & information for students interested in the JCI Teacher’s Program. Men of One ThoughtMen who have a desire to work in a collective consciousness in fostering Truth Principles through ideas, programs, various activities and projects. Multimedia MinistryRecord and provide balanced audio during Sunday Service and other special services; play pre-recorded music to enhance the inspirational quality of services and events; duplicate and sell CD/tapes of Sunday services and other special activities.
Platform MinistrySupport the Minister in conducting Sunday services; assist in establishing a prayerful and high-level consciousness of order. Poetry CafeUses poetry to teach and express spiritual principles. Performs at OGOT special events. Prayer Ministry/Prayer ChaplainsResponds to prayer requests and encourages the active practice of prayer and meditation among the congregation. Shepherding Ideas Into Action MinistryProvides the Minister and the Board of Directors with planning and guidance for church growth. Sponsors church development mentors. Special Services MinistryEnsures that the building and surrounding areas are safe and secure for members, friends, and visitors at OGOT. Spiritual Entrepreneurs MinistryCongregants, who are entrepreneurs, committed to expressing Truth principles within their businesses and surrounding communities. Women of the Circle MinistryProvides special events and support for OGOT members and ministries. Ushers MinistryControls the flow of traffic and assists with seating during Sunday and other services. Youth MinistryOffers Truth Principles teachings to youth ages 4–18 during Sunday services.
